Zandgieten, ook bekend als zandgietwerk, is eenmetalen gietenproces gekenmerkt door te gebruikenzandals degietvormmateriaal. Gravitycasting is een van de oudste bekende processen voor het vervaardigen van metalen en metaallegeringen. Het omvat het gieten van gesmolten metaal uit eensmeltkroes into a gietvorm under only the force of gravity, without the use of pressurized gases, vacuums, or centrifugale kracht.

Sand casting is commonly using for parts that have considerable big size which is not suitable for other casting method，or the parts have very small quantity that not worth to be made by gravity casting. Gravity casting use steel gietvorm with better surface quality and higher productivity.

Auwell is very strong in brass gravity & zand casting manufacturing. We are able to develop copper casting parts from traditional zand casting technology (aluminum tooling), gravity casting (Steel tooling), shell tooling casting and low pressure casting. We have professional manufacture specially for after-casting process including machining, fine zand-blasting, powder coating and polishing.

The popular material that we used for brass gravity & zand casting are copper, Bronze C95200, C83600, C90700 etc, also, brass and cupronickel C99700 etc.
